Returns & Reship Policy
Sealed research material can't be returned, so we protect you where it actually counts: a free reship if your order doesn't arrive, or if it doesn't match its COA.

1. All Sales Are Final
Lyze Labs ships sealed, sterile, temperature-controlled research material. Once a vial leaves our chain of custody we cannot verify how it was stored or handled, so it cannot be returned, resold, or re-certified. For that reason all sales are final: we do not accept returns and do not issue cash refunds.
This is the standard every serious laboratory supplier holds, and it is what guarantees every researcher receives fresh, untampered, fully traceable product. In place of returns, your order carries the two reship guarantees below, which cover the real risks of sourcing research compounds internationally.
2. Delivery Reship Guarantee
If customs holds your package, the courier loses it, or it simply never arrives, we ship it again, free.You never pay twice for a shipment that didn't reach you. Once carrier tracking confirms non-delivery (international parcels are declared lost after a standard transit window), your replacement goes out with fresh tracking.
3. Purity Reship Guarantee
Test any vial at an independent lab. If a verified third-party HPLC report shows purity below the figure on our published Certificate of Analysis for that batch, we reship that product free. The lot number on your vial matches the COA on our lab-results page, so the claim is simple to verify.
4. How to Request a Reship
Message us on WhatsApp with:
- ●Your order reference.
- ●For a delivery issue: nothing else, once tracking shows non-delivery we handle it.
- ●For a purity issue: the independent third-party HPLC report and the vial lot number.
A real person reviews it, and once verified we reship free with new tracking. Note the guarantees do not cover change of mind, expected outcomes (these are research compounds, not medical products), improper storage after delivery, or customer address errors.
