3. Filing a Takedown Notice

Lyze Labs respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international frameworks. To submit a valid takedown notice, send the following information to our designated agent:

  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or location on lyzelabs.com where the allegedly infringing material is hosted.

4. Counter-Notification

If material you posted has been removed in response to a takedown notice and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your contact information and physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location prior to removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of a court of competent authority and to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Lyze Labs will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers and restrict access to the site for any party who repeatedly submits or hosts infringing material.

6. Bad-Faith Notices

Submitting a knowingly false or fraudulent takedown notice may result in legal liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under applicable law. All takedown correspondence is logged.
