All products sold by Lyze Labs are supplied strictly for research, laboratory, and educational purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, cosmetic use, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical application.

Our products are not drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, or food products. No medical claims are made about any compound in our catalog, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as medical advice or a recommendation to treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

Lyze Labs reserves the right to refuse service to any party for any lawful reason, including suspected non-research use.

Nothing on this site, including product pages, blog articles, educational guides, reconstitution calculators, or any other content, constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, or therapeutic advice. References to research applications and historical studies are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

No statement on lyzelabs.com has been evaluated by the FDA, EMA, MHRA, TGA, or any other regulatory authority. Lyze Labs makes no claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any compound for any purpose.

All products and content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Lyze Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, storage, handling, or disposal of any product purchased from this site, or from reliance on any information published on lyzelabs.com.

Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.

Lyze Labs strives for accuracy in all product specifications, pricing, certificates of analysis, and educational content. Despite this, errors and omissions may occur. We make no warranty that the information on this site is complete, current, or error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or update content at any time without prior notice.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of this site, or the purchase of any product shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

You and Lyze Labs each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Prior to initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication for a period of thirty days.

Lyze Labs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, suspected non-research use, suspected fraudulent payment, jurisdictional restrictions, stock availability, or pricing errors.

Lyze Labs supplies sealed, sterile research material. Once an order leaves our chain of custody it cannot be returned, resold, or re-certified. Accordingly, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue cash refunds.

In place of returns, every order is protected by two guarantees, fulfilled by free reship and never by cash refund: (a) a delivery guarantee, under which we reship free if a package is lost or stopped by customs or the courier and carrier tracking confirms non-delivery; and (b) a purity guarantee, under which we reship free if a verified independent third-party HPLC report shows purity below the figure on the published Certificate of Analysis for that batch. The guarantees do not cover change of mind, expected research outcomes, improper storage after delivery, customer address errors, or any non-research use. Lyze Labs may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
