Delivery Guarantee

If customs holds your package, or the courier loses it, or it simply never arrives, we reship your order free, no questions asked. You do not pay twice, ever. This is the single thing most researchers worry about, and we take it entirely off your shoulders.

Purity Guarantee

Send any vial for independent HPLC analysis. If a verified third-party lab reports purity below the figure on our published Certificate of Analysis, we reship that product free. Verifiable, not a promise. The lot number on your vial matches the COA published on our lab-results page.

Why Every Order Is Final

Lyze Labs supplies sealed, sterile, temperature-controlled research material. Once a vial leaves our chain of custody, it cannot be returned, resold, or re-certified, because we can no longer verify how it was stored or handled. This is the standard every serious laboratory supplier holds, and it is exactly what guarantees the next researcher receives fresh, untampered, fully traceable product.

For that reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue cash refunds. Instead, every order is protected by the two reship guarantees above, which cover the real risks of sourcing research compounds internationally: a package that does not arrive, or material that does not match its COA. That is genuine protection on the things that actually matter, rather than a return window that compromises sterility.

How a Reship Works

Send your order reference and what happened. For a delivery issue, that is all we need once tracking confirms the package was not delivered. For a purity claim, attach the independent third-party HPLC report and the vial lot number.

We verify quickly
Delivery issues are confirmed against carrier tracking (international parcels are declared lost after a standard transit window). Purity claims are matched against the batch COA. A real human handles it, not a ticket queue.

We ship it again, free
Once verified, your replacement goes out at no cost to you, with fresh tracking. No paperwork, no return shipment, no fee.

What the Guarantees Do Not Cover

So expectations are clear and fair to every customer, the reship guarantees do not apply to:

Change of mind or deciding not to proceed with a study after the order ships.
Expected outcomes. These are research compounds, not medical products. A compound "not doing" something is not a quality fault.
Improper storage after delivery (not refrigerated, exposed to heat or light) or vials opened before any claim.
Customer error, such as an incorrect shipping address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed parcel.
Any non-research use. All products are for laboratory and research use only.

This is standard across the research-compound industry. We have simply put the protection where the real risk is: getting your order, verified and intact.
