Who is permitted to perform each task, and how that is evidenced. A procedure nobody has been trained on is a document, not a control.

Provisions
- Every person performing a quality-affecting task is trained against the relevant procedure before working unsupervised
- Training is recorded against the individual, the procedure and its revision
- A revised procedure requires retraining of everyone who performs it before the revision takes effect
- Competence for analytical work is demonstrated on a known sample, not by reading alone
Scope. This document forms part of the Lyze Labs quality system and applies to
research reference material supplied for in vitro laboratory use. It is not a
marketing authorisation, a regulatory approval, or a claim that material may be used
in humans.
Document control. LZ-SOP-QA-10 is an internal controlled document reference in
the Lyze Labs namespace. It is not an accreditation or certification number issued by
an external body. A superseded revision is archived rather than destroyed, so what was
in force on any given date can be established.
