Provisions

  1. Lyophilised material is held frozen for long-term storage; the conditions for each compound are published on its certificate
  2. Shipments travel in plain, unbranded packaging with tracking, and the certificate is published online rather than enclosed
  3. A shipment reported outside its conditions is assessed against the compound's stability data before any replacement decision
  4. Material stopped in transit and not delivered is reshipped free under the published guarantee
  5. A damaged shipment is replaced on photographic evidence of the condition it arrived in
Scope. This document forms part of the Lyze Labs quality system and applies to research reference material supplied for in vitro laboratory use. It is not a marketing authorisation, a regulatory approval, or a claim that material may be used in humans.

Document control. LZ-SOP-OPS-11 is an internal controlled document reference in the Lyze Labs namespace. It is not an accreditation or certification number issued by an external body. A superseded revision is archived rather than destroyed, so what was in force on any given date can be established.
