Lyophilised material is held frozen for long-term storage; the conditions for each compound are published on its certificate
Shipments travel in plain, unbranded packaging with tracking, and the certificate is published online rather than enclosed
A shipment reported outside its conditions is assessed against the compound's stability data before any replacement decision
Material stopped in transit and not delivered is reshipped free under the published guarantee
A damaged shipment is replaced on photographic evidence of the condition it arrived in

marketing authorisation, a regulatory approval, or a claim that material may be used
in humans.

an external body. A superseded revision is archived rather than destroyed, so what was
