How to Reconstitute BPC-157: Step-by-Step Guide

1

Take your peptide vial (e.g., 5mg or 10mg).

2

Inject your chosen amount of Bacteriostatic Water (commonly 1ml or 2ml).

3

Use the calculator above to find the exact tick mark on your insulin syringe.

Always use sterile technique and verified pharmaceutical-grade peptides for research applications.

How to reconstitute BPC-157

BPC-157 ships as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use in research. A standard 5mg vial is reconstituted with 1ml to 2ml of solvent. Use the visual calculator above to convert your vial size, water volume, and target dose into an exact syringe tick mark.

  1. 1Prepare your vial. Take your 5mg lyophilized BPC-157 vial and a vial of bacteriostatic water. Wipe both stoppers with an alcohol swab.
  2. 2Add the solvent slowly. Draw 1ml to 2ml of bacteriostatic water and inject it slowly down the inside wall of the BPC-157 vial, never directly onto the powder.
  3. 3Swirl, never shake. Gently swirl the vial until the BPC-157 fully dissolves into a clear solution. Shaking can damage the peptide.
  4. 4Read your dose on the calculator. Enter your vial size, water added, and target dose into the calculator above to get the exact syringe tick mark.
  5. 5Store correctly. Keep reconstituted BPC-157 refrigerated at 2-8C and use within the research window; store unreconstituted vials in the freezer.

BPC-157 reconstitution FAQ

How much bacteriostatic water for a 5mg vial of BPC-157?

For a 5mg vial of BPC-157, add 1ml to 2ml of bacteriostatic water. 1ml gives a 5mg/ml concentration; 2ml gives 2.5mg/ml. Use the calculator above to convert that into an exact syringe measurement.

How do I reconstitute BPC-157 step by step?

Swab the stoppers, inject 1-2ml of bacteriostatic water slowly down the BPC-157 vial wall, swirl gently until clear (never shake), then read the correct syringe tick mark from the calculator above.

How should BPC-157 be stored after mixing?

Reconstituted BPC-157 is kept refrigerated at 2-8C and used within its research window. Unreconstituted (lyophilized) BPC-157 is best stored in the freezer, away from light and moisture.
